QA Analyst

Description: Worked as a QA Analyst for Jet Blue Airways in NY which is one of the leading Airways in the US on several Discretionary, Checkbook and Maintenance projects with tight deadlines.

Some of the projects are CSS MYID Travel which is an application only for the JB crew members, Clarity, which incorporates budgeting and financial reporting tool The IT team has identified a revenue stream for implementing Insurance and Cars in the booking flow enabling JB customers valued added service.

MYID travel is for Non-revenue or standby customers where the Crew members can make bookings on JetBlue, Other Airlines and even other airline employees can book on JetBlue

Mini-booker project is a check-book project with lot of updates enabling customers to book flights, vacations/getaways and hotels which has provided good deals and packages/new features for group of 10 or more travelers or infants or pets for both domestic and international destinations

Responsibilities:

• Created documents such as quality plan, test plan, defect management plan, risk analysis plan and establish other essentials for maintaining a QA environment.

Upon validation generates a reference number used by receiver for money collection.

NIMS is used to keep track of BT’s telecom activities. It could be as simple as giving a telephone or broadband connection to a customer as complex as building an exchange. BT planner is a person who plans jobs & uses NIMS application to keep track of BT’s telecom activities. The telecom activity that needs to be tracked regularly is stored in NIMS as a job.
