Check available inventory for each style before entering

the order. Check EDI orders and do maintenance.

Advise sales person if there’s a problem on any issues.

Create Pick Tickets to be sent to the warehouse one to

Two weeks before the customer’s Start date if the

inventory is available. Setting up SKU #’s for accounts

when needed. Update stores and D/C addresses when

needed. Check Web Site for update shipping instructions.

Check Daily Schedule on status of picked orders. Mail

invoices to Customers that do not have EDI accounts.

Work with the Credit Dept. on Credit Card, Manual or

EDI orders when they’re ready to be shipped.

Work closely with all other departments, including

Accounting, allocations, productions, showroom and

Warehouse.
