product recovery markets. Identify and conduct preliminary due diligence and financial analysis of
target investment companies and industries. Create pro forma acquisition business plans and
investment models.
Develop and pursue a private equity fund structure investment strategy for a portfolio of Veolia
China’s existing water/wastewater assets in China. Perform extensive contractual, technical,
financial, business plan and market due diligence for the potential investment in three (3) existing
water treatment concession businesses in China. Develop marketing collateral for potential

Partner fund documents for the China fund opportunity. Development and analysis of the fund
investment model and asset valuation of the China fund assets.
Oversight and development support for Mexico based operations and maintenance company
operating three (3) desalination water treatment plants in Cabo San Lucas.
Selected Accomplishments:
My business development efforts and relationships contributed to GHI executing a Strategic
Alliance Agreement with Veolia Water North America (“VWNA”) to jointly pursue industrial
water and wastewater treatment projects in North and South America which required a
financing solution. Veolia Water is the global leader in providing water and wastewater
treatment services.
The Strategic Alliance Agreement with VWNA resulted in the joint development of 11 major
industrial Design Build Own Operate proposals in North and South America valued at nearly
$650 million. These efforts led to two project awards and several “short list” selections with
decisions pending.
The solid working relationship developed with VWNA resulted in GHI executing an exclusive
Letter of Intent with Veolia China to pursue the investment opportunity in 3 water/wastewater
concessions in China.
My business development efforts and relationships resulted in GHI being selected by Biwater
to be their finance partner for the Tortola, BVI water improvement scheme. The transaction did
not achieve financial close for GHI due to the off taker being unable to provide the necessary
guarantees required by our debt provider.
Award of a 4th desalination plant operation and maintenance contract for the Mexico operating
company in Cabo San Lucas, MX.

it’s design and supply of the 20 MIGD BWRO trains for the Luggage Point Advanced Water
Treatment Plant in Australia.
Successfully shifted DHT core strategy from being reliant upon engineering and equipment
supply to a shrinking municipal utility market to a strategy of pursuing alternative delivery
methods focused on the industrial water/wastewater treatment market. The vast majority of
contract wins and sales volume generated during my tenure was in the industrial sector with
clients including Pepsi Americas, Pepsi Bottling, Vale, BP (through KBR), Perini, CH2M,

included the successful design build execution of the largest (at the time) mining SWRO
desalination plant in Peru.
Expanded DHT presence in the Asia Pacific region by successfully executing a project in
