Responsible for auditing all transactions, files, and operations. Monitor all transactions and review for errors. Manages employees in store operations and create employee schedules. Responsible for interviewing prospective employee candidates, audit office operations according to company standards and ensure, ensure monthly and weekly goals are met, and oversee the company’s marketing plan.
