Working as a DFT Trainee (Intern) from June 2011 till present in ST Microelectronics India Greater Noida.

Project Title: DFT Verification: Functional & ATPG

Activities Performed:

Worked one live project on DFT Scan verification and ATPG .

Generate the Test patterns for different fault model with TEST KOMPRESS Tool from MENTOR GRAPHICS and Test Coverage Analysis.

Worked on ATPG for Stuck-at, Transition Fault, IDDq, Bridging and path delay fault model.

Patterns simulation using NCSIM for best case and worst case using SDF information.

Worked on 2 live projects of functional verification.

Verified functional Tests like Device ID, DC Test, PLL BIST, MEMORY BIST and BITMAP.

Worked on Test coverage analysis and RTL-DFT checks with SPYGLASS for one live project with IMG-FEKIT flow.

Worked on Test coverage increment for USB(SS) with TETRAMAX.

Mini project (M.Tech) : A NOVEL VISUAL CRYPTOGRAPHY SCHEME

Visual Cryptography is a new cryptographic technique which allows visual information to be encrypted in such a way that the decryption can be performed by humans, without any decryption algorithm. Here we propose a Data hiding in halftone images using conjugate ordered dithering (DHCOD) algorithm which is a modified version of Data hiding in halftone images using conjugate error diffusion technique (DHCED).

Academic Projects (B.Tech)

Main project: LIGHT NET FOR BUILDING - AUTOMATION USING CAN BUS.

In this project we demonstrate building - automation by using CAN BUS. We did the project on Embedded systems by using PIC CONTROLLER. Light automation is an important concept in our project, it aims to control and monitor light lamps in a building. For a CAN Connected Building we can easily identify the location of the defective lamp. By using this project we can save power while simultaneously controlling and monitoring the lamps.

Mini project : 555 TIMER/OSCILLATER TESTER

In this project we demonstrate testing of the IC for its workability and proper functioning. By using IC 555 as a Astable Multivibrator a saw tooth wave form is generated. If the IC is working properly then both LEDs are on/off alternately. If the IC is defective, then both the LEDs are off.
