My position has responsibility for worldwide sales of software solutions to the Airline and Travel Industry. The solutions interfaced with ERP, CRM, EAI, HR, and many other heterogeneous systems. The solutions were designed to interface with other systems such as Siebel, J. D. Edwards, SQL, and DB2 and bring applications forward in the SOA architecture extending applications to internal and external customers through the web. • Pricing – Work with corporate sales administration to produce and manage product price book including the addition of new products and retiring of obsolete products and SKUs. Promotional pricing and deviation from scheduled pricing are submitted to upper management and must be justified on case by case basis.

• Contracts and Third Party Agreements – Review, amendment and justification of contract inclusions and exclusions with the legal department for customer sales and support contracts. Development and attainment of Non-Disclosure Agreements and working agreements with external partners.

• Marketing – Development of Sales literature and Website product representation. Also responsible for presentation and staffing at Trade shows and Industry events.

• Presentations – Development, production, and tendering of Customer sales, technical and sales training presentations, product installation and demonstration.

This position was responsible for the planning and implementation of WAN and LAN deployment across the enterprise. I was responsible for planning and deploying a Microsoft WinNT domain and Microsoft Exchange mail system across the wide area network.
