Responsible for initiating job site and logistics on a DOD ANG contract, in coordinating with the Contracting Officer’s Representative. Phase II of ESP rebuild with general contractor responsibilities of project, schedule and cost performance indicators; owner/client relations.

Owner contracted for total responsibilities over coal burning facility’s environmental upgrades. Including initial engineering studies, equipment evaluation, contracts development, permit development and submission to government and environmental authorities. Also subcontract development, management and deliverables. Trade relations with all craft and owner provisions.

Over sight of general contractors’ execution of a DOD contract. Responsible for document submissions and approval, adherence to budget, modification justifications, safety and QA inspections, safety and installation.

Responsible for all small projects for commercial and residential improvements and upgrades, self performed.

Yates Construction- Manager of Projects- 08/04 to 02/05

Responsible for management of two projects at a paper mill for general contractor, Yates. New material handling dump and conveyors. In charge of materials, resources, budget and schedule to integrate new process in an existing operating facility.

For NYPA; responsible for overseeing the general contractor’s construction operations for the mechanical portion at an IGCC facility, incorporating GE frame 7 turbines. Evaluating schedule and resource performance, reporting to the owner all performance indicators. Assisted the engineering manager with document control and request evaluations, as well as constructability improvements.

Responsible for oversight of all general contractor responsibilities for two separate projects: 2 on 1 GE frame 7 to NEM HRSG. Main report for the general contractor’s execution and performance. Integrated engineering requirements/constructability to transition deliverables through turnover. Over sight of GC delivery of turn over packages and acceptance by the commissioning manger’s team; completion and contract administration of all the general contractor’s and commissioning team’s responsibilities until commercial operation and final acceptance. Direct report to Project Director of performance and risk of any issues concerning contract compliance, safety, quality, schedule or cost
