This role was a key role in the BlackBerry System Engineering team. My main responsibility was to manage the technical relationship between RIM and T-Mobile US. I also had a chance to work closely with software development, Interoperate ability testing, product management, Project Management and field testing teams in driving issues to closure.

Key responsibilities and accomplishments:

Introduced new devices to carriers and prepared technical documentation

Attended and participated weekly device issues call with carriers and made the new device presentation onsite with carriers

Determined the issues found during internal testing and logged the issues into defect database

Helped carriers to resolve all the issues found during their lab testing

Negotiated and convinced the carriers to accepted our new devices which were ready to be working under their network
