To Whom It May Concern:

As a graduate of William Jewell College majoring in Psychology and continuing my education to obtain my Masters Degree, my qualifications should meet your requirements for the advertised position as a Non Profit Housing Director.

Taking initiative has always been my academic and career focus. I certainly understand responsibility, hold an intense work ethic, and strive to do my best in any situation. I worked during my high school years as well as participated in academic and athletic activities. During my years of work experience, I have enthusiastically sought challenging projects and have made strong contributions. I have extensive experience in assisting friends, family and other students with multiple forms (FAFSA, Pell Grants, Scholarship, and Loan Applications) as well as schedules for school. With the experience and knowledge that I have obtained in doing these activities, I believe I have the knowledge to hold this position.

A demanding course load, multiple campus leadership positions, performing on the dance team and a variety of work experiences have prepared me for the rigors of an Non Profit Housing Director. My Customer service experience and business background are balanced by courses in psychology and education, creating the ability to grasp business and technology needs as well as the skills to think past the obvious aspects of a situation. I have an intense interest in pursuing and overcoming difficult challenges, learning new tasks, I work hard, and I have the drive to make a difference.

I'd like to meet and discuss the ways in which I can contribute my experience and energy to your company. I can be reached by phone or e-mail and look forward to speaking with you.

Sincerely,

Gwendolyn Kitchell
