PROJECTS

1)Advanced engineering statistics project: The multiple linear regression project followed the methodology of multiple linear regression to establish a relationship between crime rate and percentage of population above 65 years of age , labor force in millions, percentage of high school graduates and abortion rate (per 1000 population) using statistical tool SAS.

2)Supply Chain Management Project: This project was done for a company called ALCON, TX, USA and my group was dealing with supply chain of Alcon, Denmark. The main purpose of the project was to do cost analysis and find various variables which will help in reducing the cost.

3)Project Management project: The purpose of the project is to apply project management concepts in a project that requires planning all aspects of a new project and executing all the necessary activities to accomplish the project, as well as track project progress. The project was done using Microsoft project and Microsoft publisher.

4)Simulation project: The main objective of the project was to simulate a model which helps in increasing the current rate of production from 20 packages to 260 packages in 6 phases using simulation tool (Witness) for a company called Avalanche inc.

5)Logistics Transportation Systems Design project: The purpose of the project was to conduct a study on TL trucking which included industry status, current trends, market growth and case studies in Dallas area, TX.

6)Metrics and measurement project: The project dealt with time study which was performed to measure the performance/rating /allowance of the operator using time study measurement techniques.

7)Quality project: The project dealt with quality analysis of a product using various methods.
