• Products transfer to Joint Venture and Sister Company with technologies and processes in US and China seamlessly. Act as the liaison between engineering, production, vender and customer for the quality and shipping schedule.

• As a result of viewing 400M budget and the allocation to various divisions become aware each division was dissatisfied and able to function effectively profitably. Reapportioned budget gained acceptance from each division and achieved unprecedented profits. Since producing those returns each year preparation of budgets became my responsibility.

• Several feasibility studies for clients who were unaware of capabilities and required investment, as well as potential returns. I was in charge with the responsibility of doing feasibility studies that enabled clear and accurate evaluations of existing resource and potential returns. These actions enabled closure and project success.

• Intervened in client production facilities, providing necessary insights regarding cost over-runs, efficiencies and creating incentives for workers, thereby, creating profitability’s gain in several facilities.

• Increased plant output 100% in two years through plant overhaul/refit, changed flow, layout, equipment installation, worker training, incentive and achieved goal.
