Product Development Leadership: I have led product development teams for market leaders such as Intel, Xircom, Cardkey and Motorola. Responsibilities included strategic/tactical planning, budget, development roadmap, personnel, industry certifications, patent creation, key customer interface and on-time products. At Xircom I moved from Director of Software to Sr. Director of Product Development responsible for all Engineering and QA when Xircom was acquired by Intel for $750M. Career Track: Progressed from technical management to senior leadership roles overseeing up 110 engineers.

Entrepreneurial Experience / Start Ups: I have built and scaled engineering and QA for established companies such as Xirrus, Nomadix and ICG. In each company I was responsible for product development, testing, and patent creation and industry certifications. I have a track record of increasing productivity, quality and on-time products. Career Track: I built teams at Xirrus, ICG, Resumenext, 4Peaks Technology and reshaped teams for better execution at Nomadix and Cardkey.

International Experience: I have managed product development with teams in Belgium, India, Taiwan, UK, Norway, Germany, Japan, Malaysia and Portugal.

While at Xircom introduced product development processes that increased OEM revenue from $0.5M to $200M+. While at Nomadix I recovered major customer responsible for over 50% of the revenue.

Introduced award winning, first to market, products at ICG (totally wireless Digital Signage), Xircom (multi-function network adapters), Xirrus (multi radio WiFi array). This was accomplished with efficiency and creativity.

Released over 25 new products over the past 10+ years – many award winning market leaders.
