• Throughout tenure, finished all projects ahead of schedule and under budget; notable projects included:
o Charleston Apartments ($21 million): 16 buildings, 287 units with 66 freestanding garages and units averaging 1,230 square feet (332,000 square feet total).
o The Ohio State University ($12.5 million): 144 units ranging from 1,100 square feet to 1,500 square feet (178,000 square feet total).
o University of South Florida: 185 units ranging from 1,100 square feet to 1,500 square feet (184,000 square feet total).
• Improved productivity and performance by meeting with subcontractors prior to launching individual projects and ensuring proper staffing, materials required and understanding of prints to perform jobs; also ensured complete comprehension of contracts and prints prior to launching projects.
