My role is as the primary researcher and subject matter expert in the vast R&D grant opportunity landscape. Opportunity represents financial gain as it pertains both to AFCO as well as their current and potential clients. I assist in partnering with other organizations and developing strategies to enhance the marketability of AFCO products
Research and apply for grants and other funding opportunities; specific analysis with NYSERDA, EPA, DOE, LIPA/National Grid

Technical lead in developing the internet services cloud for the Optimum Online and Optimum Voice ISP businesses providing the provisioning infrastructure primarily utilizing LDAP in support of over three million docsis cable modem internet, e-mail, and voice over IP (VoIP) customers.
Architected, deployed and administered the cloud computing environment which supports all internal and external web services and business subsidiaries clients (fifty assorted web sites and applications). The twenty server facility enables new applications to be launched rapidly and securely. A subset of the technologies include; webtrends reporting, network attached storage (NAS), SSL, http load balancing, J2EE/WebLogic application server clustering, Oracle data warehouse, drag and drop web content publishing and NFS file sharing. Received Cablevisions’ “Leadership in Design” award from this endeavor.
