KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

• Lead a group of three QA technicians through iterations of high volume check image & account software.

• Reduced monthly and weekly reporting by 50% Managed and reported on daily, weekly, & monthly QA metrics status to track past efforts, guided future initiatives & inform upper management about progress.

• Developed solutions to acquire & report metrics in an adhoc style populating a MySQL DB that generated reports using JSP and VBS, this reduced monthly and yearly metric reporting by 50%

• Proposed architectural changes to existing code in Oracle, DB2, Window, UNIX environments by researching Sharepoint documentation and determining best uses-case requirements.
