• Reduced monthly and weekly reporting by 50% Managed and reported on daily, weekly, & monthly QA metrics status to track past efforts, guided future initiatives & inform upper management about progress.
• Developed solutions to acquire & report metrics in an adhoc style populating a MySQL DB that generated reports using JSP and VBS, this reduced monthly and yearly metric reporting by 50%
• Proposed architectural changes to existing code in Oracle, DB2, Window, UNIX environments by researching Sharepoint documentation and determining best uses-case requirements.
• Leveraged Languages learned on the job or enlisting in house resources to achieve desired results on projects. Example: This facilitated accurate check recognition reducing inaccurate matches by 80%.

• Presented documentation and tracked tasks, resulting in projects completing on or before schedule 85% of the time.
• Constantly recognized opportunities for improvement & repetitive issues or tasks that come up, and took action on those areas of improvement.
• Researched, proposed, & developed code implemented in various languages prior to the issue becoming systemic
• Reduced regression testing cycles by 79%. Example applications that needed to be installed on a Windows Application Server were scripted to guarantee correct installation of the *.ear files reducing installation errors and install time.
• Defect detection & issue tracking was achieved by using interpersonal, product, technical skills to assure correct code function
• Identified correct functionality, via Mercury suite of technologies, Microsoft applications and various in house and COTS, This resulted in over 750 defects in a 3 year span.
