Research Assistant, Tip-directed Field-emission Assisted Nanofabrication (TFAN) Project
• Scanning Probe Microscopy (SPM) based fabrication of nanodevices, such as Single Electron Transistor
• Developed a new technique in nanofabrication: implementing AFM probes in multiple modes, which include STM mode, contact AFM mode and conductive AFM for in-situ characterization
• CMOS-probe arrays for parallel nanomanufacturing
