Planned and coordinated events for alpha Kappa Delta Phi’s National Convention. Duties included arranging travel arrangements, hotel, meals, and entertainment for over 600 attendees.
Recruitment Co-Chair June 2010 – January 2011
Planned and executed creative and fun events as part of the University of Washington’s Greek Week in order to generate interest in the sorority. Events included scavenger hunts, game nights and informational seminars.
Treasurer June 2008 – June 2010
Maintained finances for the sorority and handled all financial transactions, including collecting dues and fines from members. Maintained individual accounts for each member as well as a spreadsheet for all cash flow. Ensured the sorority account remained in good standing, mailed payments and developed appropriate budgets for board positions.
