Responsibilities include assisting the Director with recruitment, orienting and training of new staff members and volunteers. Also assisted with facility security and safety by performing inspections and keeping inventory of supplies. Continued many cooperative relationships with supervising authorities, local agencies and community groups. I offered direct supervision to all resident monitors and completed assessments and evaluations as needed.
