Working as a Unicel Senior Representative worked on many projects such as: building accounts, contacting customers to update their information and been up to date, porting accounts and services.
As a Senior Representative I was train in all the computer systems and able to assist the customers with billing questions, number changes, programming and trouble shooting phones.
Working for 3yrs for the company I train multiple personnel for the company.
