SUMMARY OF ACHIEVEMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Electronic Engineer Full bilingual, with more than 10 years of experience within the engineering field, working for the Technip group at different countries, Venezuela, USA, and the United Arabic Emirates (UAE), performing the Basic and Detail Engineering design as Instrument Index, Data base, Wirings, Interlock Diagrams, Instrument Layouts, Main cable Routing, hook ups, precommissioning, commissioning, and loop checking of industrial plants specially the petroleum ones.

• The most outstanding things carried out during mine professional career are the basic engineering for the Coal Liquefaction plant with the IFP (French Petroleum Institute) at the company Axens (N.J) (Princeton).

• Loop checking and precomissioning for a project at the United Arabic Emirates (UAE-RUWAIS) Takreer Company with more than 8000 loops.

• Other several engineering projects including on site for Ecopetrol and British Petroleum Company BP (Colombia).

• Solid background in instrumentation and control systems engineering for oil and gas facilities, refineries and Petrochemical Industries.

• South American EPCM projects experience, also worked for AXENS (USA).

• Expertise in Smart Plant Instrumentation (INtools) wiring, loops, instrument index browser and calculation modules. Also expert using INFOMAKER Software.

• Ability to work in both engineering/design office and field technical support.

• Experience in construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning of instrumentation and control systems for oil & gas facilities.

• Experience with the I/A Foxboro DCS System, Honeywell TDC 3000 and the TMR PLC of TRICONEX..

• Knowledge of international standards including NEC, IEEE, ISA, API, NFPA, NEMA.

• Self-starter and good team player with ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment and independently with minimum supervision as well.

• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, troubleshooting, interpersonal and time management skills.

Project: Chichimene for ECOPETROL Colombia.

I carried out the coordination of the project and also performed the following duties:

• I made the detail engineering/Technical tabulations/Purchase/Construction.

• I interfaced with the contractor on technical issues.

• I supported at job site the construction and pre-commissioning.

• I participated in acceptance testing to ensure deficiencies are addressed.
