 Overseeing General Contractor/Construction management firm, reviewing plans, permits and all pertinent drawings.

 Facilitated weekly progress and Subcontractor meetings, along with all tenant pre-construction meetings.

 Inspected and oversaw all phases of Base building construction, tenant construction and estimating.

 Assisted in Design and Space Planning along with overseeing the Architectural and Engineering Firms in order to come up with a Design Build Bid Package for the Client, this consisted of 35% + Design Drawings, along with a Design-Build Project Guild Manual.

 Tenant coordination duties included working with tenant architects for tenant fit-outs, review of final drawings to C.O., including close out paperwork/charge-backs etc.
