Key Accounts Representative/Customer Care

Responding to customers' concerns regarding the City and Utility Services; reviewing utility accounts, explaining billing information, rate schedules, and resolving billing/credit related issues. Identifying opportunities to improve customers’ water and electric equipment efficiencies and introducing various rebate incentives. Primary responsibilities included:

• Managing several residential and commercial electric efficiency programs.

• Coordinating and delivering utility services and problem resolution regarding utility rates, billing, maintenance, and engineering operations.

Project Specialist

Running and maintaining West Coast Operations for projects with Modular Wiring Systems (RELOC). Duties included interpreting electrical blueprints, calculating power loads, generating quotes, and creating wiring layouts for commercial and industrial lighting plans utilizing AutoCAD. Other duties included writing operational reports, providing technical support, customer service, presenting the company in trade shows, marketing new products, training, and job startups.

Application Engineer

Responsible for designing complete, custom, state of the art architectural lighting and dimming control systems using VersaCAD 2-D on Unix based workstation. Duties included checking and calculating electrical power loads and lighting schedules; generating system and wiring diagrams; designing electromechanical enclosures, and furnishing control panels that fulfill customer specifications and meet NEC rules and local codes. Also, coordinating the work with manufacturing, assembly, and testing groups to ensure the shipment of quality products.
