• As a Software test and audit professional, work with management and technical personnel often as part of an integrated product team in defining and testing software applications along with software product releases using automated tools. Testing includes black and white box testing and verification and validation testing in both lab and customer environments. • As a project and business unit quality assurance manager and task lead, implemented and managed quality engineering and support on both new and on going projects including several multi million dollar projects.

• Designed and developed databases to automate logistics and quality engineering functions as well as related computer network activity metrics collection and production. Databases supported a $12 million dollar inventory of computer hardware and networking property and parts. As part of this task supported project logistics management including inventory shipping, receiving, receiving inspections and audits as well as inventory control. Provided management and systems support to central warehouse operations.

• Developed metrics, analyzed trends and performed root cause analysis of systemic problems while continually reviewing existing processes including existing software development, integration, test and logistics processes.

• Prepared assessment reports for project and program management as well as for the business area management on audit and review results. Worked with project management to implement recommendations made in audits, reviews and assessments. Overall review and assessment goals focused on process improvement including problem report tracking using automated tools such as Remedy as well as support for a planned customer move to another site.

• Supported new business development, writing material for proposal submissions. Worked with project managers, system engineers, subcontractors and customer personnel in order to resolve problems and plan work.

• Projects supported included the development of a large client server case management application using object oriented design techniques, Visual Basic, Oracle, IBM Rational and Source Safe tools. Additional projects included a multi million dollar lab management task supporting system integration and test for a secure customer lab.
