Technician Plastic Injection

Plastic injection technician for about ** years with responsabilities during the night shift for the mould assembly and prymary maintainance machine and mould.

Mould exchange ,parameter setting and process control, production changing( colour ,cavitie , version , materials...) ,new processing material experimences, aknowlegements in hydraulics and Pneumatics , 5's formation , Kayzen , Smed.

Injection machines from 30 up to 1000 ton, sandretto ,victor , gbf , and mir injection machines, around 50/60 machines from the wich ~=15 with robot piovan/irobi.

One small extrusion machine.
