I worked as a team culinary member in a friendly team oriented atmosphere where we rotated the job assignments, such as busing, working the serving line, tables, dishwashing, pantry, nights and weekend cook, kitchen maintenance rotating inventory stock, keeping walk ins and freezers clean and orderly, and sanitizing equipment to pass city health codes, I have a food handlers card. Was also put in charge of receiving where we sorted donated items according to their value and use, distributing items to various locations for either storage, second hand retail store, and to keep work area orderly and clean as to attract customers and donors, also oversaw usually two or more persons who were in recovery, to maintain a positive but effective work environment.
