MANUFACTURING PRODUCT ENGINEER

*Initiate, research, and evaluate concepts for new products, product improvements, and manufacturing process improvements.

*Work as a repair team leader includes diagnosing and duplicating the customer problem, provide technical support to the customer & track all the technical problems identified by product customers & wok with engineering staff & other department to improve the quality of the product.

*Cost reduction through process improvement by using Lean Manufacturing methodology.

*Identify & control non-conforming parts as per ISO 9001 non-conformance procedure.

*Lead the team for the supply of equipment, testing, troubleshooting, completion of the warranty repair and performance of instruments to assure that all GMP requirements are met.
