I have over ** years of management, operational site management and food service experience. I am retired from the United States Navy after serving over 20 years. After retiring I worked at various sites in the Middle East. In 2007 I began working offshore in the catering field meeting the needs of production and drill sites in various locations. I have an extremely strong work ethic, and take personally to anything I put my name on. I have worked in or with people from a number of International countries, and understand and appreciate the cultural differences; to include that of business practices, safety and food service. 09/2007 to Present Independent Management Consultant - Gulf of Mexico/Asia Pacific

Overseeing Offshore Food Service Catering Contracts valued at over $2 Million per contract. Responsible for catering operations and facilities management for each executed contract. Implementing the Clients procedures, planning, managing and overseeing each catering site with respect to the following: Ensure competent resources are available to support all aspects of site operations (i.e., all catering, housekeeping, pest control, laundry services, etc.) by administering, managing, and overseeing the existing contracts and by preparing scopes of services for new contracts.

Promote Client business to new clients through arrangement of site visits; presentations, and question/answer work sessions utilizing available resources & prepared special events (i.e. special menus) for corporate executives and clients. Support the short- and long-term accommodation requirements by initiating and formulating short and long range accommodation plans addressing the elements of personnel, budgets, materials and other resources/relationships. Provide services from Ship new build site to delivery site; which included but was not limited to the following: Organizing start up, mobilization, and delivery of each new build. Ordered and inspected all galley equipment, all service equipment, furniture (i.e. mattresses, pillows…etc…) linens, cookware, and daily goods and services. Planned and implemented a varied daily menu, taking into consideration the diversity of the multi cultural personnel and daily nutritional requirements. Managed the ordering, importation, inventory and storage of all fresh and frozen foods. Controlled food cost and stayed within or below contract budget. Inspected all public areas on a daily basis to ensure the desired hygiene requirements were implemented and maintained. Instructed personnel on the health, hygiene, and safety requirements required by OSHA. Prepared special events for corporate executives and clients which included additional menus catered to the particular client/event. Managed the following operations in addition to food service; Housekeeping, accommodations, laundry, maintenance, sanitation and contract administration for all hospitality services.

07/2005 to 09/2007 Halliburton/KBR- Senior Operations Manager/ Coordinator, Tallil, Iraq

Operations Supervisor for T- Sites, Iraq. Responsible for the manning, training, planning and origination of the site Operations cell, with over 30 operations personnel assigned. Directly responsible for regional reporting of O&M projects, client required services and incident/accident reporting. Oversee production of various presentations, Performance Evaluation Boards, Site government inspections, reporting, and Award Fees dealing with all T- Sites, Southern Iraq. Assist Area Operations Manager with day-to-day operations, personnel issues, site coordination for reports and information gathering. Coordinate with Site Manager and Civil Superintendent for the resolution of client issues. Provide assistance to ACO, DCMA and client representatives as needed. Prepare and submit combined site SITREP, logistics report, personnel accountability reports, facilities reports, schedules, and records. 01/05 to 07/2005 Halliburton/KBR- Operations Manager for Camp SPOD, Kuwait

Responsible for the entire operations department and staff of 3 support TCN’s. Responsible for the daily reporting of events, and required reports to other departments outside of SPOD and insuring that contract obligations are met in a timely and required manner. Over see the daily planning schedule for the camp manager. Record all meetings, inspections, and inquiries dealing with or about Camp SPOD. Insure that required departments attend all morning meetings and items of importance are covered for that day.
