* Hanging rolls of news print, checking and maintain correct viscosity of ink, first proofing start up copies off press, plating press,register plates, and daily TPM.

* Running one folder to mutiple folders with out adding to press crew.

* Reviewed work order to determine ink stock, equipment needed for production, and book fourm.

* Dismantled and reassembled printing unit and parts, using hand and power tools, to repair, maintain and adjust machine

* Web aligners, glue systems, and paginations of page numbers on plates.

* Inspected and examined printed products for print clarity, color accuracy, conformance to specifications and external defects

* Experience with folder set up, angle bars, slitters, stackers, setting ink, register 4 colors, first proofing.

* In the pressroom we had three flexo. two set side by side each could run a 67.50 inch web. some of the jobs run required duplexing. Hooking up two presses, and product came out one folder. We had a smaller press 40.50 inch web that set in front of the two larger presses. We would triplex hooking the three presses up for the product to come out one folder for a total of 175.50 inches of paper in one book.
