Primary Responsibilities & Tasks

Operational Responsibilities

•Prepare shop drawing as per Consultants’ / Designers’ drawing specifications, sketches & photo using Auto Cad and submit them for client’s consultant/designer’s approval.

•Update shop drawing incorporating designer’s comments and issue final shop drawing for production.

•Prepare Ironmongery schedule and hardware set for case goods and Fitted items using MS Exel and hand them over to procurement/ purchasing department.

•Prepare exploded view and assembly instruction for site delivery and installation using Auto Cad.

•Taking site survey and coordination with main contractor for site related issues.

•Ensure all ISO 9001 procedures and systems are followed in the department. Continuously review the

systems in consultation with the team members.
