Provided oversight and engineering support for Aspen Seep Bioreactors.

Acted as site wide HSSE officer for multiple contractors and kept a perfect no injury/ incident or accident record for three straight years.

Implemented winter access feasibility study and controlled winter access for operation of the bioreactors for two consecutive seasons.

Setup subcontract agreements and trained its operators and controllers in excess of BP's rigorous safety protocol.

Kept excellent open communication between site administration, Atlantic Richfield Company officers, EPA and water board representatives year around on the progress of the site.

Managed two years of hydroxide sludge management utilizing both filter press and centrifuge technologies.

Managed six different subcontractors with total personnel exceeding thirty people working on different tasks or portions of the project simultaneously.

In 2008-2009 aided in the design, construction and operation of a ten million dollar High Density Sludge processing and water neutralization plant.

Conducted hazard analysis on an occupied and operational asbestos demolition structure.

Managed operations and safety for a fifteen person Level C hazmat demolition crew.

Construction and operation of an IWT (Ionic Water Technologies) Lime Slurry Treatment system.

Installed and maintained four RCTS (Rotating Cylinder Treatment System) units.

Designed, researched, purchased and constructed +- 5000 Feet of insulated above ground piping structures with AMEC / Geomatrix.

Aided in the design and construction of renewable energy sources to provide year around power to Aspen Seep Bioreactors.

Honors & Awards

Aug.2007 : ARCO and AMEC recognition for saving the life of a wrecked freight truck driver who ran off the side of a cliff down a 200ft embankment. My crew under direction, stabilized both the truck and the driver while waiting for assistance to arrive. Marcor crew rapidly constructed a landing pad for the air assist helicopter and a bridge to cross the river in order to evacuate the critically wounded driver.
