Manager of Curricula and Scheduling

• Created and produced an effective IBM technical training class schedule across 16 cities nationally in all IBM curricula that effectively met client demand in all markets.

Account Manager/Project Manager, Education & Training Division

Responsibility for providing IT training solutions and managing all delivery aspects of these solutions to select client base and ensured top level of client satisfaction.

• Developed and maintained business relationships with IBM sales staff, management, and clients.

• Consulted with IBM clients to sell customized and private technical training that met client objectives.

• Scheduled and planned IBM professional technical education classes within the NY, NJ, PA, and NC regions for all IBM curricula.
