Manage the scheduling of the maintenance staff while monitoring the HVAC, water, electric, internal security system, generator and other building systems to ensure efficient operation. Develop and implement procedures and preventive maintenance programs along with contingency plans that ensure continuous operation of systems. Evaluate new technologies and upgrades to existing systems to improve reliability. Manage service agreements and contracted services (janitorial, pest control, landscaping, waste management/recycling, etc.) with external vendors. I have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of all federal, state and local building codes, regulations, I have been to several OSHA classes. Oversee the review, design, bidding and construction of all repairs and capital improvements. Experienced in Microsoft Word, Visio, Excel, and Outlook.
