 Disneyland Resort Central Bakery - Anaheim, CA - The preferred site location is within an area where storm water concentrates. The solution includes extensive storm water peak flow, volume and frequency evaluation and setting appropriate elevation of the bakery floor for flood protection. Innovative storm water management includes using site landscaped planters as bioretention cells for storm water treatment and porous asphalt parking areas for storm water volume mitigation and pollution abatement.
