Performed rough/ precise grading design and earthwork calculation for commercial business sites
Prepared hydraulic/ hydrology studies
Prepared Street Plans, Grading Plans, Storm and Sanitary Plans, Utility Plans, and Survey Mapping
Performed conceptual engineering analysis, construction cost estimates, and cost comparisons of site improvements
Familiar with County and City design and drafting standards
Prepared project study reports/ project reports, fact sheets and final PS&E documents for a variety of freeway and highway improvement projects involving interchanges, freeway/ highway widening/ HOV lane additions and arterial highway grade separation;
Highly familiar with the design and drafting standards for Caltrans and other California municipalities
Projects:
Disneyland Resort – Plaza Pavilion Kitchen Reactivation Project - Anaheim, CA – Participated in the site investigation for the disposition of conflicting multiple existing utilities such as water, sewer, gas and storm drain with the construction of a new restaurant grease interceptor vault.
CVS Pharmacy - Chino Hills, CA - Prepared a hydrology and hydraulics report for the site development of the pharmacy and other retail buildings on a 4 acre site. Provided designs for a bioretention/detention basin, storm drain plan and profile drawings and coordinated drainage designs with the site utility designer.
Disneyland Resort Central Bakery - Anaheim, CA - The preferred site location is within an area where storm water concentrates. The solution includes extensive storm water peak flow, volume and frequency evaluation and setting appropriate elevation of the bakery floor for flood protection. Innovative storm water management includes using site landscaped planters as bioretention cells for storm water treatment and porous asphalt parking areas for storm water volume mitigation and pollution abatement.
