 Projects and duties, St. Johns Hospital Detroit, lead electrician for installation of primary (13.2 k.v.) substation and all switchgear, lead electrician over installation of 300 k.w. 3000 h.p. Caterpillar generator and a.t.s. gear, duct banks and feeders.

March 2005 to March 2006

 Projects and duties, General Motors Corporation, Pontiac, Mi. Installed robot cell stations for conversion of the new Malibu assembly line through cycle and turnover to manufacturing engineering.

Ferguson Electric Company, Waterford, Mi.

September 1999 to October 2004

 Projects and duties, Supervised up to 40 electricians at one time on numerous projects, Flagstar Bank World Headquarters Troy, Mi. 600,000 sq.ft. complete build out. Detroit Metropolitan Airport, MaNamarra Northwest Airlines Mid-field Terminal. Supervised the installation of over 900 security cameras on new terminal gates' (90) concourses, baggage handling area, and tarmacs. Worked closely with airport security officials, Homeland Security, and engineers, turned over system 3 weeks earlier than scheduled with no punch list items, system worked exactly as planned on first tryout. The early completion date resulted in a substantial bonus for my contractor.

 Founded my own non-union contracting company in 1986 with 2 employees the company grew to over 40 office and field employees and an annual sales volume of 2.5 million at its peak. Our line of work consisted of apartment projects, strip shopping centers, mid-sized industrial complexes, schools, clinics and service work. Recruited and trained office staff, project managers,

 Instituted a training program that enabled the front line supervisors and foremen to perform real-time tracking of productivity on a daily basis to compare performance to the estimate and budget. And to make adjustments and improvements as necessary to keep the projects in budget and on schedule.

 Designed, built and implemented a computer based estimating system using data bases and Lotus spread sheets
