Work History:
• MediFit Corporate Services–10/09-Current–Program Manager: Design and implement incentive and health promotion programs, while maintaining a solid client relationship. The development of annual strategic plans to exemplify membership goals within the site specific campus and surrounding community. Managing and reporting monthly reports. Develop, train, and supervise all staff (2). Supervise and monitor exercising participants, along with performing fitness assessments and determining exercise prescriptions for low and high risk participants. Providing one-on-one consulting, training and motivation.
o Created, developed, and executed “Fit For Duty” program that includes job specific tasks performed by all new hire employees prior to job start. The program has been successful with 90% of participants increasing strength, stamina, and endurance.
o Since being manager, 08/2010, facility penetration has increased 35%.

Assisted with biometric screenings within the Latina community (study was measuring obesity within a specific racial ethnicity), coordinated youth ‘fitness’ coaching, and successfully completed all participants data entry.
• Curves for Women–08/08-03/09–Fitness Coach - Supervision and monitoring of exercise participants. Providing one-on-one consulting, health assessments, and nutrition advising. Daily and weekly administrative tasks.
