Operations Processing Associate – Global Automated Clearing House (GACH)

Job Profile: (17 months)

 Successfully migrated the GACH ( Global Automated Clearing House) process from Bournemouth, UK by learning the process with them in UK (during the period Jan 2009 to April 2009

 Also started migrating the newly developed iACH product during the period Nov 2009 for Bacs (incoming credit repair), Sepa (incoming credit repair) and DD Mandates.

 Handled submitting a (batch) mass 103 payments and incoming credits. Submitting payments and incoming credits from the Partner bank to the concerned country and clearing. Maintaining TAT for submission of batches for all the countries that we submit.

 Processing returns of Direct Debits and Payments rejects from the partner banks and clearing to the concerned client without any delay and errors.

 Monitoring the returns of the submission throughout the day. Escalating immediately to the management if any reports are not generated or anything unusual.

 Input and verifying the manual returns that fall in the report for various countries and its related currency.

 Ensuring the confirmation (handshake) received from the partner bank and the clearing at the right time and escalate to the management immediately if there is any delay in the confirmation.

 Giving training to the new staff and the existing staff to ensure the process runs smoothly without any hindrance in terms of contingency.

 Trained and executing Bacs, Sepa (incoming credit repair) in a timely manner and ensure all the repaired payments reach the clearing well within the cut-off.

Operations Processing Associate – Global Core Cash Operations (GCCO) (7 months)

Job Profile: Repair electronic wire-transfer instruction of multi currency payments, send swift messages(MT103, MT 202 & MT 199), review, research & dispose of funds by crediting client account or returning funds to remitting bank, handled new migration of above mentioned processes from other countries to India and then preparing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), preparation of other documents required in migration & cross trained in another process.
