Processing purchase loan files from receipt of the loan application to funding, by gathering and reviewing all pertinent information, and providing excellent customer service to borrowers. Verifies, compiles, and types application information for mortgage loans.

Reviewing residential loan application file and documentation verifying that application data is complete and meets establishment standards, including type and amount of mortgage, borrower assets, liabilities, title, escrow, hazard insurance, credit and title supplements, demands for payoffs, flood certification, and written verifications of employment.
