 As Category manager for the logistics field, developed and managed the strategy to optimize the logistics activities across the Major Project teams, the mining & manufacturing operations and the distribution groups.

KRUGER 2003-2008

Logistics Manager

Kruger is a Paper Products manufacturer with operations mainly in Eastern Canada and in the USA.

 Managed the distribution network and the logistic activities for the consumer products division.

 Worked with multi-disciplinary teams to implement projects in logistics, management information system and distribution.

 Combined the fresh & frozen food distribution facilities; introduced time standard measurements and participated as a member of the installation team for a new WMS.

QUEBEC LIQUOR BOARD (SAQ) 1983-1985

 Managed the logistics of moving products from vendors to the distribution centres, and provided the support required to distribute efficiently to different retail points.
