SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Having 18 Years experience in the instrumentation Construction / Maintenance activities.

• Work included equipment installation, Calibration, Installation of control valve, Mov, junction box,Field instruments, Fire & Gas system, DCS, PLC,ESD, Cable laying,, instrument package & Tubing works,Workshop activities etc.

• Study the Scope of work.

• Study the P&ID and list out the instruments & Cross check with Data sheet.

• Prepare the consumables and coordinate with store keeper.

• Prepare the permit to work carried out.

• Distribution of Job according to the skills of the work force.

• Monitoring before start up work tool box talks are carried out.

• Close Supervision over Calibration of Instruments, Control Cabinets Installation and Checking.

• Supervision Loop Checking and Pre-commissioning & Testing of Control and ESD Valves.

• Coordinate with QA/QC department for inspection of calibration and testing activities.

• Preparing the test pack report.

• Provide assistance for system vendor and commissioning.

• Carried out punch list and resolve by priority basis.

• Preparation of as built drawing
