United States Marine Corps Mr. McKinney is a Senior Project Inspector assigned to several of GCI’s Team ZHA joint
Special Forces venture projects. Mr. McKinney was responsible for observing the work for compliance
with Plans, Specifications, Shop Drawings and Submittals. He prepared Daily Reports of
construction activities and informed the Contractor of work that is not in compliance with
St. Cloud High School the Contract Documents.

Standard Building Inspector Substantial and Final Completion Inspections.

Mr. McKinney has more than 30 years experience in the construction trade, both as a
Standard Plans Examiner contractor and as a state licensed building and fire inspector. He has extensive experience in
