United States Marine Corps Mr. McKinney is a Senior Project Inspector assigned to several of GCI’s Team ZHA joint

Special Forces venture projects. Mr. McKinney was responsible for observing the work for compliance

with Plans, Specifications, Shop Drawings and Submittals. He prepared Daily Reports of

construction activities and informed the Contractor of work that is not in compliance with

St. Cloud High School the Contract Documents.

Standard Plans Examiner contractor and as a state licensed building and fire inspector. He has extensive experience in
