Job Responsibilities:
• Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA), Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS)
• Review drawings and documents and assure that all documents and drawings comply with Client’s Engineering standards and specifications.

Job Responsibilities:
• Review of project requirements, specifications, Scope of work and related IFC packages
• Preparation of the Project Quality plan and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs) as per the requirements of Client.
• Preparation and review of Material Take off (MTOs) and Non Material requests (NMRs).
• Surveillance of the construction activities according to the IFC drawings, QAFCO Engineering Standards, Specification and applicable industrial code practices in coordination with QAFCO Project Management Team.
• Preparation of the project execution plan. Planning and scheduling of different jobs with operations and other agencies.

Jubail Export Refinery Package 5C
EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) project for the auxiliary utilities package of the new grass root Jubail Export Refinery (JER) being built by Saudi Aramco and Total (France) at the Jubail Industrial City 2.
Job Responsibilities:
• Review drawings and documents and assure that all documents and drawings comply with JER Engineering standards and specifications.
• Review MR packages to assure the implementation of JER Engineering Standards and specifications.
• Preparation of the Engineering Quality plan as per the requirements of Saudi Aramco Total Refining and Petrochemical Company (SATORP).
• Perform close monitoring and review of all the drawings and instruct the design team to make proper changes in the drawings which are not complying with the SATORP standards.
• Ensure that proper documentation is maintained. Shall have to monitor the document controller in the documentation activities and conduct internal audits on a time to time basis in order to ensure that all documentation requirements of the design phase are adhered to.
Project for Saudi Aramco
Upgrade Drinking water Production Facilities at Dammam & Dhahran.
The Scope of project is to upgrade the production of drinking water from 650 gpm to 1250 gpm by installing new RO skids as well as to automate the system by installing SCADA system.
Job Responsibilities:
• Review plans and drawings in accordance with specifications, codes and standards and raise TQ if any change is required.
• Ensure All Instrumentation Activities are done according to SAES (Saudi Aramco Engineering standards) or other International Instrumentation standards such as NFPA 70/NEC, NEMA 250, NEMA VE 1, NEMA VE 2,NEMA ICS 6, UL94, IEC 60529, IEEE 518, IEEE 1100, ANSI MC 96.1, ISA RP12.6, ISA RP 12.2.02 .

• Surveillance visits to the vendors where equipment are being manufactured.
