a. Ability to lead teams to perform network optimization and network

performance audits. And perform activities for 2G/3G products

and solutions, primarily in multi-vendor networks. This includes

WCDMA/GSM/TDMA, Microwave/ Ericsson Mini-link, Radio Access Netwrok.

b. Responsible for the Survey and Design, Implementation. Microwave

Infrastructure, Nokia Flexi Hopper and other Microwave Radio.

c. Installation of Nokia BTS Equipment (Indoor and Outdoor)

d. Installation of 3G Installation and Commissioning.

e. Responsible for the Implementation of end to end transmission flow.

f. Assign goals to transmission team, define sourcing strategy, coordinate

transmission partners.

g. Conduct data gathering and checking on BTS and MW elements,

equipment inventory and installation settings.

h. Attend scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting of BTS, Microwave

Radio, Rectifier System, Generator sets and Air Conditioning Units.

Attend BIS(before in service) of new sites with regards to civil and

electrical works, microwave transmission parameters and installation.

i. Conduct data gathering and checking on BTS and MW elements,

equipment inventory and installation settings.
