Provide information to students/family, Government offices regarding scholarship procedures receipt and retention of scholarships;

Review, verify and assess applications and supporting documents and instruct the scholarship secretary on the appropriate responses;

Assist in the design, establishment and maintenance of a database to capture and maintain all information pertaining to scholarship or grant recipients as well as information regarding local, regional and international institutions;

Monitor and maintain records on students’ performance, progress and expenditure

Liaise with personnel from local, regional and international institutions to facilitate the exchange of information;

Prepare documentation for the Higher Education Board meetings and attend such meetings when required;
