Responsibilities & Skills include:

• Monitoring the welding activities with respect to quality and compliance to approved procedures.

• Controlling QC related Sub-Contractor’s activities including NDE and Heat treatment.

• Maintaining all in-process inspection records.

• Review of Material Inspection reports and MTR’s.

• Verification of Calibration records of Instruments prior to use.

• Witnessing hydrostatic test and pneumatic test as per UG-99 & UG-100.

• Co-ordination with Client, third party inspector and Authorized Inspector for inspection related activities & technical related issues.

• Interpretation of Radiography films, witnessing non destructive tests such as magnetic particle, liquid penetrate & ultrasonic examinations.

• Stage wise fabrication inspection of piping. I.e., material verification, fit-up, welding, visual inspection, NDE.

• Carry out inspection vendor jobs/sub contractor jobs/suppliers/ as per specifications and standards.

• Carryout all inspection works after taking relevant safety permits from the client and follow company HSE policies.

• A good team player with good leadership qualities, Able to perform under pressure.
