Responsible for implementing World Class Maintenance on my territory that included Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas & New Mexico. I was responsible for training and implementing a new payroll and work activity program to three hundred time roll makers. This new system associated all work activities to payroll and therefore implemented a tracking mechanism that identified waste and inefficiencies in every workgroup on my territory. Responsible for coordinating between departments to establish track outages. I identified all possible work that needed to be done and then I allocated workgroups to complete all scheduled task during these outages.

Responsible for all maintenance activities on the Kansas City Terminal Railway, the maintenance of which is the responsibility of the Burlington Northern Santa Fe RR.
Directed a maintenance workforce of forty men to handle the day-to-day maintenance activities. During my tenure on this job we completed the Argentine Flyover Bridge and the rehabilitation of the Kansas River Bridge and the addition of a third main track from Union Station to ATSF Junction.
Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad Amarillo, Texas Manager Roadway Planning June 2000 To January 2002
Responsible for the development of capital tie, rail, and terminal maintenance programs on my territory, which included Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico & Arizona. This was accomplished with hyrail inspection and analyzing of geometry car data. I was responsible for managing a sixty million dollar capital budget and prioritizing projects to fit within that budget.
Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad Amarillo, Texas Roadmaster
May 1995 To June 2000
Responsible for all maintenance activities on the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad Transcontinental Corridor. I was responsible for a territory from Amarillo, Texas to Clovis New Mexico and the Amarillo Classification Terminal Yard. I directed a maintenance workforce of eighty men to handle the day-to-day maintenance activities. I was also responsible for construction of seventy-two miles of second main line track; this converted a single-track operation to a two main track operation. This was a two hundred million dollar capital improvement project that was completed on time, within budget and injury free.
