Jadcore, Inc. is a family owned plastic manufacturing business established in 1974 consisting of over 200

employees in 5 divisions: Recycling, Film, Resin Services, Warehousing and Freight.

Resin Services Manager August 1996 – Present

Execute all logistics operations for internal rail yard, scheduling, equipment process and procedures for over

36 million pounds of blended granular plastics per year:

Scheduling:

• Manage production of 2 shifts, 11 employees including 2 supervisors

• Coordinate trans load operations involving railcars, bulk trucks for both interplant and

external customers

• Direct resin custom blending jobs involving 5 silos, 250,000 pounds each

• Conduct all bulk conversions (i.e. box to bulk, bulk to bulk, bulk to box)
