• Join the Cisco DSBU Engineering team in 1996 Designed adhesive for Cross Bow product 2900 using Auto Cad version 10.

• Working with oversea vendor in Taiwan to design an Indus & Ganges Hub product using Solidworks

• Working with Foxconn vendor to design Tom & Jerry product with no fan using Solidworks.

• Supporting Engineering team designed light pipes, and face plate model 3550 series using Ideas-SDRC.

• Designed the first plastic Razor model (gigabyte connection) stacking switch to support 3550 series and carry on to 2950 series using Ideas-SDRC.

• Designed the completed product of 3550-24 Fx (fiber) including all parts sheet metal (Base, Cover, light pipes, face plates, overlay).

• Helped the Engineering team design light pipes for 3750 series model.

• Re-designed from previous product from 2.5 inches height to 1.75 height call Mantaray by removing stacking PCB of qualification vendor requirement to reduce noise.

• Worked with engineering to design the ShadowFax product using Xenpak (10 gigabyte platform).

• Designed the first casting X2 model (10 gigabyte connection) stacking product support Cisco Switch with the help of engineering group.

• Received information from marketing team to design an 8 port switch for individual use in Japan by using NX cad program.

• Set up a Mechanical Design Verification Test plan for each product by using Microsoft word and Excel to keep track the time line of testing.
