RD Customer is responsible for creating and maintaining key customer data. RD Customer (Reference Data Customer) will be replacing the existing Market Place Profile (MPP) SAP-based solution with an HTML-based solution. Today, MPP is mainly used as a Worldwide consolidation point for customer records from numerous legacy Customer Master Record (CMR) systems. The majority of customer information is populated in MPP using the Transition process. A smaller set of customers are created and maintained directly on MPP using the current SAP GUI. Customer data is then distributed to the SAP partners using IDOC/ALE and to non-SAP customers via RDH using DPROPR and Super DG (SDG).

Cross verification with the functional specification/Requirement Doc

Raising Defects, closing defects(Clear Quest Test Manager)

Used to do Backend Testing.

Experience in performing Functional Testing and Regression Testing using RFT (Rational Functional Tester)

Experience in Clear Quest Test Manager and Rational Quality Manager for the Test Case Management.
