Wrote and maintained FRIT Change Managements Reports for all areas of FRIT and the twelve Federal Reserve Districts. This involves using SAS and SQL to extracting data from a Oracle database, multiple tables or customer supplied data.

Additional responsible include regression testing and User Acceptance Testing of all levels of Remedy upgrades. This included creating specific test script, running existing testing methodology, and testing with multiple areas. I performed regression/UAT testing for all annual Mainframe Shell Rollout enhancements in Change Management. Document and report all test results within the timeline provided for testing. Provide daily production error resolution for maintenance of existing Change Management sub-systems.
