May 2011-Current: Service Technician 2 at the Chickasaw Nation Information Technology Service Desk.

• Responsible for providing support to level 1 technicians on more complex issues.

• Responsible for technical support calls and for all technical and computer based problems within the Chickasaw Nation.

• Perform hands on troubleshooting and maintenance of computers and hardware that is brought in to the helpdesk from external sites.

PERSONAL

I have played 4 years on the NCAA Division 2 Tennis Team at East Central University. I am now acting as an assistant coach for the team to help further their success. I have a great passion for tennis and am also striving to further improve my tennis game by entering various tournaments outside of college. Along with tennis, some of my personal interests and hobbies include fitness, music, electronics, and other sports such as golf, table tennis, and soccer.
